Members of the Wayne State community joined thousands of fellow metro Detroiters to march along Woodward Avenue Saturday morning for the commemorative 60th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.’s Walk to Freedom.

‘Picnic with the President’ hosts donation drive as farewell to university

Faculty, staff and students at Wayne State gathered on campus Wednesday afternoon for a “Picnic with the President.”

Custodial staff face shortages amidst concerns of campus neglect

Members of Wayne State’s campus community have raised concerns with the lack of upkeep across campus stemming from staffing shortages in the university’s Custodial Department.
